The Begining of Snow and Stress!

The winter season always brings projects for before the holidays start and parties and yummy food! I started my season off with a girls(Rachel, Tahnee & Cheyanne) plus Cason dinner at Chilis!We had lots of fun and I was glad to spend some time with the since we spent Thanksgiving with the Gardners and I was truely missing the Wortly Family Fun! The Friday instead of spending Friday shopping, Grey, Hayden Lewis, Ty Miller and Taryn Petroff spent it on the mountain skiing at Snowbasin!! It was so fun! This weekend was Swiss Christmas so My Grandma, Mom and I drove up there for a quick trip and we able to check out the new " Midway Market" it was so cute and fun to have something like that up there! I am looking forward to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Concert this upcoming Thursday to really get my holidays set off on the right foot! I am so grateful for my wonderful family and my ability to spend so much time with my cousins and friends!

Fall.

This Fall, I have been very busy with Homework, homework and trying to attempt to have a "High School Social Life". One of these lovely Utah fall weeks we went a brought the boat home from Midway and took it up to the lake everyday. One one of the first days we went with Hayden Bickley and the Sanford Gardner family and had a BLAST! It was a bit chilly but we still had our feet in the water. The last day we went to Jordanelle with Hayden Bickley! It was such a fun filled week.

Layton High is great and I am really enjoying it! I have made some great friends and I am excited to get to know all of them better. As a my recent thoughts I have high hopes to find some volunteer opportunities to help me get into a better school! I have been going to a lot of the football games but we have not been doing great, although we did win the homecoming game against Clearfield. I met up with Kellyn and Marissa and that was really fun!

This Weekend the boys are in California for the weekend on the Motorcycle and my mom and I are enjoying a weekend of shopping and movies and eating. Today, My mom, Taryn and I went to Nordstrom to do some preview shopping :) . On the way there we got stuck in some BAD traffic we ended up sitting on the freeway for 1 HOUR ! Taryn and I actually got out so that we could say that we walked on the Freeway. Two CUTE boys walked past trying to figure out what was going on and because the FINE, Taryn asked the one " What did you find" smiling beautifully and as the 2nd boy walked past said " Hi Cutie!! " . We all got a good laugh at of her brave doing.

Summers ends.. School Starts

We have all gone through this. It is the saddest time of the year when summer ends and school starts. I started my first day at Bountiful High and it wasn't all great but I was going to keep pushing so I went the second day for one class period. HA! There was really no reason except for the only person I knew was my cousin, Jayne and it just wasn't fun. I now go to Layton High School and I love it! I have good classes and lots of awesome friends.

Since I haven't been on forever lets just say the rest of my summer went great! EFY was amazing and I met some great friends. My big RV trip with Hayden L. and Taryn was amazing. We really saw some cool stuff and had some great laughs. "Holy Chit" it was a great trip!

The weekend before school started the Wortley(minus the Rick Wortley family) went up to Sun Valley. It was so fun. We rented bikes and rode all around the resort. Although it doesn't seen extremly exciting my favorite part was the night we all went bowling. We had all the lanes to ourselves and would cheer way loud each time we would get a strike. We did some fun shoping for clothes but of course my favorite purchases were my three new books from my new favorite bookstore, Chapter One in Ketchum, Idaho.

I also recently celebrated my 15th birthday. I went to the Mandarin in Bountiful with Rick W. family, Grandma W. and Taryn. I was lucky that day LHS was closed because of a power outage so I didn't have to go!! I still haven't gotten my permit but I am going to get on it soon!

Swiss days is this weekend and I am so excited. It is the first time in three years that my mom doesn't have a booth. It has its ups and downs but it should still be a good year. Hayden Bickley and Taryn are going to drive up after school Friday to come join the fun!

Just Starting Up

I have decided to keep this blog as a type journal thing for over the summer and through the school year. I have a couple things that just recently happened were fun...

- Mexico Trip on the Motorcycles with Curtis Black

- At the 2009 Lagoon Nationals my clogging team took first place in every dance and My duet with Mallory also got first. We also recieved Junior Team 2008 & 2009!

- School is out in 5 days not that I counting..

- We also just did a trip to knolls for my brothers birthday and had lots of people there, Bickleys, Benedicts, Petroff, Mitch Gibb, Marshall J. and Deven.
